- Use thickened frosting or glue and pretzel sticks to make log cabins.
- Make quarter rubbings by putting a coin under a sheet of thin paper and rubbing it with the side of a crayon or pencil lead.
- Washington Puppet - Make a coin rubbing of a quarter. Cut out the circle. Glue to a popsicle stick.
- Washington Hat - Cut 81/2 X11 piece of construction paper crosswise to form 3 equal rectangles. Staple narrow ends of strips together to form triangular-shaped hat.Glue on 2 red circles for cherries & draw on the stem & leaf
